Job Title: SRE Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Manager to lead a team responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, scalability, performance, and operational excellence of business-critical applications and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Reliability & Service Availability
- Own service reliability, availability, performance, and scalability objectives.
- Define and manage Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Develop strategies to minimize downtime and improve system resilience.
- Ensure high availability and fault tolerance across critical platforms.
- Drive initiatives to eliminate manual tasks through scripting and workflow automation.
- Implement self-healing and auto-remediation capabilities.
Incident & Problem Management
- Lead major incident management activities and drive rapid service restoration.
- Conduct post-incident reviews (RCA) and ensure corrective actions are tracked to closure.
- Establish proactive monitoring and alerting mechanisms.
- Drive continuous reduction of recurring operational issues

Key Responsibilities
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
