Job Summary

Seeking an Informatica IDMC (Intelligent Data Management Cloud) Developer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining cloud-native data integration, data quality, and governance solutions. Connect disparate on-premises and cloud systems to ensure precise, scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for enterprise analytics.

Core Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Development: Design and build ETL/ELT workflows using Cloud Data Integration (CDI).
  • Real-Time Integration: Create API-driven orchestrations with Cloud Application Integration (CAI).
  • Data Quality: Implement profiling, cleansing, and validation rules using Cloud Data Quality (CDQ).
  • Master Data Management: Configure SaaS-based MDM hubs, entity data models, and match/merge rules.
  • Platform Governance: Implement data standards, lineages, and classification via Data Governance & Catalog.
  • Performance Optimization: Conduct workload tuning, pushdown optimization (PDO), and cloud cost management.
  • System Connectivity: Build secure agent connections across ecosystems like Snowflake, Salesforce, and AWS/Azure.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Requirements

  • IDMC Expertise: Strong hands-on experience utilizing services like CDI, CAI, CDQ, and MDM SaaS.
  • Database & SQL: Mastery of advanced SQL, PL/SQL, and dimensional data warehouse modeling.
  • Cloud Architecture: Familiarity with platforms such as AWS (S3, Lambda), Microsoft Azure, or GCP.
  • Scripting: Proficiency in Linux/Unix shell scripting or Python for pipeline automation.
  • Legacy Migration: Proven history migrating legacy code from Informatica PowerCenter to the cloud.

  • Preferred Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
    • Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and 4+ years of specialized cloud data engineering experience.
    • Methodologies: Experience working in fast-paced, Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.
