Technical Skills (Must Have)

Backend / API

• Strong experience in Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS
• Experience building scalable applications using TypeScript and NestJS
• Node.js performance tuning and scalability
• Jest/Mocha unit and integration testing
• Swagger/OpenAPI documentation
• RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL
• Asynchronous programming, event‑driven architecture
• JWT / OAuth authentication
• API security best practices

Databases

• MongoDB
• Data modeling and performance tuning

Mobile Integration

• Backend support for mobile apps
• Push notifications, session handling, offline sync
• API versioning for mobile clients

Cloud & DevOps

• Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP (any one)
• Docker (good to have)
• Kubernetes basics
• CI/CD pipelines (basic understanding)

Good to Have

• Microservices architecture
• Message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Node.js backend services
• Build and optimize APIs consumed by mobile applications
• Collaborate with mobile developers, QA, and client stakeholders
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards
• Redis caching and session management
• Support deployments, bug fixes, and enhancements as per client priorities
