Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

  • Gather business requirements and design SAP IBP solutions to support demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and sales & operations planning (S&OP).
  • Configure and implement SAP IBP modules including:
    • IBP for Demand
    • IBP for Supply & Response
    • IBP for Inventory
    • IBP for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
    • Control Tower
  • Design planning areas, key figures, master data attributes, planning levels, and supply chain models.
  • Configure and support forecasting models, statistical planning, demand sensing, and consensus demand planning processes.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA, ECC, APO, BW, CPI-DS, and other third-party systems.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define planning processes and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations.
  • Support data migration, testing, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and post-production support activities.
  • Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for enhancements, integrations, and reporting requirements.

Conduct user training sessions and maintain solution documentation

Key Responsibilities

Skill Requirements

  • 7+ years of SAP Supply Chain experience with at least 3+ years of hands-on SAP IBP implementation experience.
  • Strong expertise in one or more SAP IBP modules: Demand, Supply, Inventory, Response & Supply, S&OP, or Control Tower.
  • Experience in planning area configuration, key figure calculations, master data design, and planning operators.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP CPI-DS, SDI, RTI, and data integration frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes including forecasting, replenishment, inventory optimization, and capacity planning.
  • Experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA/ECC environments.
  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori and Excel-based SAP IBP Planner Workspace.
  • Experience in end-to-end implementation, rollout, or support projects.

Other Requirements

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain processes.
  • Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and advanced planning analytics.
  • Knowledge of SAP APO, SNP, DP, PP/DS migration to SAP IBP.
  • SAP IBP certification preferred.
  • Experience working in global supply chain transformation programs.
  • Understanding of Agile and SAP Activate methodologies.
