Job Summary

  1. Define and own the enterprise integration strategy for Salesforce FSC, ensuring alignment with the Customer 360 vision and target-state architecture.
  2. Lead integration discovery and assessment activities across Custom Applications and all upstream/downstream systems to identify integration requirements, dependencies, and opportunities for modernization.
  3. Design and govern API-led integration architecture using Salesforce APIs, MuleSoft, middleware, event-driven, and batch integration patterns.
  4. Define inbound and outbound data flows across Customer, Prospect, Household, Relationship, Financial Account, Holdings, Insurance Policy, Activity, and Notes domains.
  5. Establish system-to-system integration standards, including API contracts, data exchange models, error handling, monitoring, and security requirements.
  6. Drive real-time, near real-time, and batch synchronization strategies to ensure consistent data across Salesforce FSC and enterprise systems.
  7. Lead integration solution design workshops with Business, Data, Security, Architecture, and Engineering teams to define scalable and secure solutions.
  8. Define integration security architecture, including authentication, authorization, encryption, audit logging, and compliance controls.
  9. Establish enterprise event management and messaging frameworks using platform events, message queues, streaming services, and middleware platforms.
  10. Lead integration testing strategy, including SIT, UAT, performance testing, failover testing, defect management, and production readiness validation.
  11. Define deployment, release, and rollback strategies for integrations, ensuring smooth production cutovers and minimal business disruption.
  12. Drive integration governance and operational readiness, including monitoring, alerting, support models, SLAs, and incident management processes.
  13. Identify and mitigate integration risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and scalability concerns impacting business operations and future growth.
  14. Provide executive-level recommendations and status updates on integration readiness, architecture decisions, technical risks, and implementation progress.
  15. Partner with Business, Data, Migration, Security, and Change Management teams to ensure integrations support regulatory requirements, operational processes, reporting needs, and future enterprise scalability.
