Job Summary

Role: Oracle FusionExperience: 10+ YearsPosition - 1Location : BangaloreOracle Fusion and OTM — Business Process Understanding (Functional)Demonstrate working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) cloud modules, including:Order Management Cloud — order-to-cash process flows, order orchestration, pricing, and fulfillment.Inventory Management Cloud — inventory transactions, cycle counting, inter-org transfers, and lot/serial tracking.Logistics / Transportation Management (OTM) — freight order management, carrier management, and shipment tracking.Map and document AS-IS and TO-BE business processes for change requests within Oracle Fusion modules, identifying gaps and recommending system configurations or enhancements.Collaborate with Oracle implementation partners, consultants, and internal delivery teams to ensure process alignment and solution quality.Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for CRs by designing test scripts, coordinating key user testing, and tracking defect resolution within Oracle Fusion.Drive standardization of business processes leveraging Oracle Fusion best-practice configurations and seeded workflows as and when requirement comes from business.8. Oracle Fusion and OTM — Technical & Configuration UnderstandingUnderstand and work with Oracle Fusion and OTM technical architecture, including:Flexfields (Descriptive, Key, and Extensible) for business data extensions without customization.Oracle Fusion REST APIs and SOAP Web Services for integration with external systems (SAP, OTM, custom platforms).Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or middleware layers for orchestrating system-to-system integrations.Oracle Saas and Paas platforms handling experienceUnderstand Oracle Fusion security model (roles, data security policies, segregation of duties) to define access requirements aligned with business process controls.Collaborate with technical teams on Oracle Fusion customizations while ensuring minimal footprint and upgrade safety.

Key Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
