  • Strong hands-on experience in OpenText Exstream (v16.2.1+) and OpenText xPression (latest cloud version).
  • Expertise in Customer Communication Management (CCM), document composition, and template development.
  • Experience with PDF, Print, Email, and Archive delivery channels.
  • Strong knowledge of XML, data mapping, and integration concepts.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and support customer communication solutions using Exstream and xPression.
  • Develop templates, correspondence, statements, and regulatory documents.
  • Perform unit testing, defect resolution, and production support.
  • Collaborate with business, QA, and architecture teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
