Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, build, test, and maintain Epic Radiant application modules.
  • Analyze radiology workflows and gather business requirements.
  • Design and implement system enhancements and optimization initiatives.
  • Support Epic implementation, upgrade, and go-live activities.
  • Work with clinicians and imaging teams to streamline scheduling, orders, and results workflows.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and resolve production incidents.
  • Develop functional specifications, workflows, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with Epic Cupid, Bridges, reporting, and integration teams.
  • Support integrated testing, validation, and training activities.
  • Participate in on-call and post-production support activities.

Mandatory Skills

  • Active Epic Radiant Certification.
  • Strong understanding of Radiology and Imaging workflows.
  • Experience in Epic build, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Knowledge of scheduling, imaging orders, results management, and clinical documentation.
  • Experience working in healthcare provider organizations.
  • Familiarity with HL7 and healthcare interoperability standards.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting production and enhancement environments.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
