Job Summary

SAP Ariba Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, support, and continuous improvement of SAP Ariba solutions, while ensuring seamless integration with the PeopleSoft ERP backend.

  • Administer, configure, and support SAP Ariba solutions, including Buying & Invoicing, Guided Buying, Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Management.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver system enhancements.
  • Manage approval workflows, catalogues, supplier enablement, and procurement-related master data.
  • Support end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring system stability, compliance, and an optimal user experience.
  • Conduct impact assessments, fit-gap analysis, and recommend process improvements.
  • Develop and execute test scenarios, support SIT and UAT activities, and coordinate deployments and releases.
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely resolution and user guidance.
  • Support and maintain integrations between SAP Ariba and the PeopleSoft ERP backend, including master data interfaces, system monitoring, issue resolution, and cross-system process alignment.

Skill Requirements

Skills & Experience

  • Proven hands-on experience administering and supporting SAP Ariba solutions.
  • Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, contracts, supplier management, and P2P processes.
  • Experience with workflow configuration, supplier onboarding, catalogue management, and testing activities.
  • Knowledge of ERP integrations, preferably with PeopleSoft, including procurement and finance master data.
  • Basic understanding of related SAP solutions and integrated platforms, such as SAP Concur and DocuSign, including their interaction with procurement and sourcing processes.

 

  • Strong stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
