Job Summary

Required Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience as a Business Analyst on Salesforce implementation 
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities (Financial Services Cloud preferred)
Experience working in Agile/SAFe delivery environments
Strong skills in requirements analysis, stakeholder engagement, and documentation
Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar backlog management systems
Tools & Technologies
Agile delivery tools: Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent
Documentation tools for requirement and process modeling
Familiarity with Salesforce platform architecture and configuration concepts

Key Responsibilities

10+ Years of Salesforce Experience, Hands on experience in APEX,LWC and Integration
