Job Summary

A Moveworks Technical Lead (or AI Agent Developer) should configure, build, and maintain conversational AI assistants and enterprise automation workflows using the Moveworks platform

AI Configuration: Build and fine-tune AI bots, intents, NLU (Natural Language Understanding) models, and multi-step conversational logic

Experience: 8 to 10+ years in software development, including 3+ years specifically working with Moveworks or enterprise chatbot platforms.
Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and RESTful APIs.
AI Knowledge: Solid grasp of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and intent recognition.Platforms: Familiarity with IT and HR service tools like ServiceNow or Workday. 

Enterprise Integrations: Connect the Moveworks platform to enterprise systems like ServiceNow, Workday, Salesforce, and Jira using APIs or webhooks

Custom Development: Write backend code (using Python, Node.js, or JavaScript) for complex data requests

Optimization: Track analytics like resolution time and deflection rates to improve bot accuracy.
