Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant

Role Summary
Seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to support and maintain Oracle Fusion integrations, interfaces, and technical processes. The role involves monitoring integrations, troubleshooting failures, resolving data issues, and collaborating with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and support daily Oracle Fusion integrations and interfaces.
  • Troubleshoot failed integrations, analyze logs/errors, and reprocess transactions.
  • Develop and support OIC integrations, SOAP/REST APIs, FBDI, and ADI solutions.
  • Investigate data issues, perform technical root cause analysis (RCA), and recommend fixes.
  • Monitor and manage scheduled processes, batch jobs, and interface executions.
  • Create and execute ad hoc scripts for data validation and issue resolution.
  • Partner with functional teams to resolve integration and transaction issues.
  • Coordinate with Oracle Support and manage Service Requests (SRs) through resolution.
  • Support testing, deployments, and technical documentation.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Expertise in SOAP/REST APIs, FBDI, ADI, Oracle Fusion integrations, and scheduled processes.
  • Experience troubleshooting integration, interface, and data-related issues.
  • Ability to analyze logs, perform technical RCA, and resolve production incidents.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
