Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled PLM System Integration Engineer with 8+ years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter and enterprise system integrations. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in T4S/T4EA integrations, Teamcenter customization, BMIDE, ITK development, Active Workspace (AWC) configuration, CAD integrations, TCL scripting, and data mapping. The candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting integrations between Teamcenter, CAD systems, and other enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and support Teamcenter-based PLM solutions and integrations.
  • Implement and maintain T4S/T4EA integrations.
  • Perform data mapping, transformation, and synchronization across PLM, ERP, and downstream systems.
  • Develop and customize Teamcenter solutions using BMIDE, ITK, SOA, and REST APIs.
  • Configure and customize Active Workspace (AWC) components and user interfaces.
  • Develop and maintain integration workflows, handlers, and business processes.
  • Utilize TCL scripting for integration customization, automation, and troubleshooting.
  • Work with engineering teams to support and enhance CAD integrations involving NX, CATIA, Creo, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex production issues related to PLM integrations.
  • Support system upgrades, migrations, testing activities, and deployment processes.
  • Create and maintain technical design documents, deployment guides, and operational procedures.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices for PLM solution delivery.

CAD Integration

  • Experience integrating Teamcenter with one or more CAD platforms:
  • Understanding of CAD data management, BOM management, and engineering change processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience in Aerospace, Automotive, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering domains.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
  • Experience with Teamcenter upgrades, migrations, and large-scale transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes and best practices.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
