Job Summary
Ability to co-ordinate and communicate with respective customer stakeholders for concept design support
Proficient in Solidworks CAD software - Must know all the best practices in modelling, assembly, and drawings. E.g. Layers, GD&T, parametric modelling
Hands on experience in parts design and manufacturing.
Strong knowledge in manufacturability considerations for Sheetmetal & weldmentsExperience in design & development of Electro Mechanical products and subsystem.
Experience designing subsystem and associated parts
Experience in Manufacturing knowledge, Create and updated drawings (2D and 3D)/Creating and updating parts lists /Updating BoM.
Submitting updated drawings for review and approval by relevant stakeholders through Engineering change management.
Experience designing subsystem and associated parts.
Requirements:
BS in Mechanical Engineering (MS preferred); minimum 5+ years of experience in Semiconductor equipment, Metrology, measurement instrumentation, or related field
Proficient in 3D modelling best practices, detailed drawing generation and a working knowledge of GD&T
Expert in SolidWorks & SolidWorks PDM
Self-Motivated mindset, and can work independently as well as collaboratively
Demonstrated knowledge of engineering analysis and design, mechanics, and proficiency in solving engineering problems using analytical techniques and engineering knowledge such as engineering measurement methods, heat transfer, stress analysis, FEA, and system integration
Key Responsibilities

Expertise in design of components for high vacuum (HV), ultra-high vacuum (UHV) preferred
Experience with precision optomechanical design, X-ray optics, or E-Beam optics
Previous experience with Semiconductor Capital equipment a plus
