Job Summary

Support experience in Oracle Xstore17 or Xstore 21 POS including EFTLink, Xenvironment.

1. Deploying builds and setting up registers with Oracle Xstore POS.

2. Analyzing and Fixing QA bugs reported during build testing.

3. Should be able to analyse issues coming on QA or prod Xstore registers.

4. Should be able to analyze database tables in Oracle Xstore POS to find any configuration issue during QA testing.

5. Should be able to troubleshoot different hardware configuration on registers like Pinpad, Printer , Scanner etc.

6. Powershell and windows OS related knowledge will be added advantage.

7. Should be able to work on registers data setup after some training.

8. Deploy build or troubleshoot issues in production if needed.
