Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

  • 8+ years of IT experience, including at least 4 years of experience as a GRC domain expertise.
  • Proven experience leading and managing one or more Agile teams
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and ServiceNow Agile.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Experience in project risk management and delivery governance.
  • Good understanding of Agile metrics, capacity planning, velocity tracking, and backlog management.
  • Ability to influence teams without direct authority and drive continuous process improvements

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
