Job Summary

10+ Years of hands on experience as AI development technical lead in below technologies are must:

• Hands on & strong experience & proficiency in Python
• Hands on & strong experience & proficiency in AI-ML
• Build and integrate AI solutions using platforms such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar LLM ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience with FastAPIs
• Hands on experience with Generative AI and LLMs, including Claude, Codex, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI GPT models, , Gemini, or equivalent platforms.
• Hands on experience on Design and develop prompt engineering frameworks and reusable AI workflows.
• Hands on experience on Python Design, develop, and maintain AI/ML and Generative AI applications using Python.
• Hands on experience to develop, test, and support AI solutions using Python.
• Hands on experience on doing integrations of AI Use cases with Google AI Development Suites & Tools
• Hands on experience on development/creating of AI Agents & AI BOTS as per business use cases
• Hands on experience & strong understanding of Prompt Engineering, AI orchestration, and Agentic AI design patterns.
• Experience in No-SQL Database programming as well
• Experience with databases including MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, or MongoDB.
• Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
• Familiarity with databases including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, or MongoDB.
• Experience deploying solutions on Azure Cloud.

Skill Requirements

• Hands on & strong experience & proficiency in Python & AI-ML
• Hands on experience on Azure DevOps/CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in Deploy AI applications & Solutions on Azure Cloud.
• Work with both structured and unstructured datasets for AI model training, fine-tuning, embeddings, and inference.
• Integrate AI services with enterprise applications, HR systems, databases, and external APIs.
• Optimize AI solutions for performance, response time, scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI solutions on Microsoft Azure.

Other Requirements

• Should be able to get all the software product security scans like SAST, DAST Scan and should able to understand, review and provide the solution and fixes to all the High, Medium and Low category of security related issues independently and guide to team members as well for solutioning.
