Job Summary
DHL as you know is one of our accounts. We are expanding the team there. We have an opening for 3 positions in the UK (no specific location) for implementors. Below you will find the detailed JD but on high level these persons come from warehouse operations and are currently deployed within operational teams already. Meaning a warehouse is their playground already. These persons typically work inside a current warehouse and is considered a warehouse operator. Ideally already identified as a super user inside these warehouses. These persons do not need to be and are typically not IT persons. The background is from operations, operators that have been users of WMS systems. They do need a healthy interest in WMS systems going forward. Apart from key super users, they can also have a background from team leader positions within warehouse environments
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Support TAT, SIT, and UAT testing activities.
- Analyze business processes and define system requirements.
- Prepare business specifications and system configurations.
- Manage data collection, validation, and setup.
- Execute system, integration, volume, and user acceptance testing.
- Support project implementations and go-live activities.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks.
- Provide user training and operational support.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
- Document issues, defects, and project updates.

Experience & Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of IT experience.
