Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
•    Configure Adaptive Planning models for assigned planning areas
•    Conduct requirement workshops, support discovery-to-deployment lifecycle
•    Manage hierarchies, dimensions, versions, account structures
•    Validate data loads and source mapping (Azure, BPC/Excel)
•    Support sandbox testing, UAT, and business signoffs
•    Ensure proper versioning, cloning, and phase-aligned planning activities

Skill Requirements

•    3+ years in Workday Adaptive Planning (specific area: Opex / Revenue / COGS / Workforce)

  • Hands-on configuration of Sheets, Dimensions, Levels, Versions.
  • Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting background, Workforce Planning
    •    Prior experience with L3 model configurations
    •    Experience in at least 1 end-to-end implementation
    •    Proficiency with Adaptive modeling, matrix reports, Office Connect
    •    Configuration of Adaptive Planning models
    •    Hierarchies, Dimensions & Source mapping
