Role Summary
Own knowledge transition and operational readiness for SAP Portal, UI5, and BTP solutions.

•    Interface troubleshooting and SAP backend understanding
•    Documentation and knowledge management expertise
Key Responsibilities
•    Manage knowledge transition for new developments and production changes.
•    Maintain support documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
•    Support hypercare activities after deployments.
•    Establish KEDB and identify recurring incident trends.
•    Improve incident resolution and operational efficiency.
•    Share operational insights with development teams.
