Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Specialist with strong hands-on experience in the Cortona3D RapidAuthor Suite, including RapidAuthor, RapidCatalog, RapidCompiler, RapidDeveloper, and RapidGenerator, to support technical publication and spare parts catalog solutions. Experience with Siemens Teamcenter, system integrations, XML/API-based data flows, and technical content publishing is essential. The ideal candidate has expertise in Teamcenter customization, Active Workspace, and enterprise application support. Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and stakeholder collaboration skills are key to success in this role.”

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Teamcenter expertise: 6+ years of deep hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter Unified Architecture (UA), including Engineering Data Management, Manufacturing Process Planner, BOM Management, and Change Management, as well as Teamcenter integrations.
  • RapidAuthor tool suite: 3+ years of dedicated experience supporting and using the Cortona3D RapidAuthor suite, specifically RapidAuthor, RapidCatalog, RapidDeveloper, and RapidGenerator. Hands-on experience with RapidCompiler as part of RapidAuthor.
  • Customization and UI development: Hands-on skills in Teamcenter client-server customization using C/C++ with ITK and SOA frameworks, and Active Workspace configuration and customization using declarative UI, XSLT, HTML, JavaScript, JSON, and web service architectures.
  • CAD and visualization: General working knowledge of Teamcenter Visualization, JT data formats, or alternative visualization packages.
  • Standards and schemas: Practical familiarity with structured document configurations, including PLMXML, DITA, XML, and SGML.
  • Data flows and integrations: Experience with XML-based data flows, APIs, and system integrations.
  • Technical content: Understanding of 2D and 3D technical content, product structures, and automotive spare parts catalogues.
  • Problem-solving: A track record of solving complex problems that span several systems.
  • Collaboration: Strong analytical skills and the ability to work well with engineers, business stakeholders, and vendors.
