Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP ECC SD Functional Consultant to support and enhance SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) processes within an Application Maintenance and Support (AMS) environment. The consultant will be responsible for incident resolution, service request fulfillment, change management, process optimization, and business stakeholder support across the Order-to-Cash (OTC) lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L2/L3 support for SAP SD modules in SAP ECC environments.
  • Resolve incidents, service requests, and production support issues within agreed SLAs.
  • Analyze business requirements and provide SAP SD solutions and configurations.
  • Support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
  • Work on enhancements, defect fixes, and change requests.
  • Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP teams for developments.
  • Perform impact analysis, root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and deployment activities.
  • Conduct user training and prepare process documentation.
  • Participate in CAB reviews and release management activities.
