Job Summary

The ServiceNow HRSD Senior Specialist acts as the dedicated HR technology expert for the Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) module. The role is responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining HRSD solutions in alignment with global ServiceNow platform standards, governance, and best practices. This position works closely with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and ServiceNow platform developers to deliver scalable, stable, and user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow HRSD workflows, business rules, catalog items, and user interfaces
  • Administer, support, and continuously improve the ServiceNow HRSD platform
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure alignment and integration between HRSD and IT Service Management (ITSM) modules
  • Engage with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot incidents, resolve defects, and ensure platform stability and performance
  • Maintain system documentation, guidelines, and training materials
  • Deliver training and support to HR end users
  • Ensure compliance with ServiceNow governance, security standards, and best practices

Skill Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, preferably within HRSD and/or ITSM modules
