Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

Looking for 8–10 years of experience in power distribution, control box (PLC), and cable and harness design for semiconductor equipment

Key Responsibilities

  • Design power distribution unit, control box (PLC), and cable and harness design for semiconductor equipment
  • Expertise in semiconductor standards S1, S2, S8, S22, S23, and F47
  • Knowledge in UL, EN, and RoHS standards
  • Expertise in electrical component selection, power budgeting, and phase balancing
  • Expertise in product development and release cycles, including ECO activities
  • Expertise in equipment troubleshooting and installation
  • Experience in providing troubleshooting guidance to field or installation teams
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Good knowledge of Siemens TIA Portal
  • Ability to own end-to-end design solutions and implementation
  • Experience in supplier coordination 
  • Experience coordinating with global teams
  • Ability to serve as the onsite lead
  • Experience in developing build and test procedures

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
