Job Summary

  • 7+ years of experience in the Logistics Industry  
  • Strong experience in Blue Yonder (BY) Billing Manager / Luminate Billing.
  • Hands-on experience with billing configuration, customer contracts, rate cards, billable events, storage, handling, and value-added service (VAS) charges.
  • Strong understanding of Blue Yonder WMS, warehouse operations, logistics, and 3PL billing processes.
  • Experience in invoice generation, billing validation, reconciliation, and financial reporting support.
  • Knowledge of Billing Manager microservices architecture, APIs, integrations, SQL/PL-SQL, MOCA, and data validation.
  • Experience integrating Billing Manager with BY WMS, ERP, and other enterprise applications.
  • Experience in functional testing, integration testing, UAT, defect resolution, and production support.
  • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and collaborate with business, technical, and client stakeholders.
  • Experience in Blue Yonder WMS/Billing Manager implementation, enhancement, migration, and support projects.

Key Responsibilities
