Job Summary

We are looking for a Gemini Enterprise Specialist to lead the adoption, implementation, and optimization of Google's Gemini Enterprise platform across enterprise environments. The role will focus on enabling AI-powered productivity, developing enterprise use cases, integrating Gemini with business applications, and driving AI transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Generative AI, Google Workspace, Gemini Enterprise capabilities, prompt engineering, AI governance, and enterprise solution deployment. The individual will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, security teams, and development teams to maximize value from AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead implementation and adoption of Gemini Enterprise solutions across business functions.Design and develop AI-powered business use cases leveraging Gemini Enterprise capabilities.Configure and optimize Gemini integrations with Google Workspace and enterprise applications.Create effective prompts, prompt libraries, and reusable AI accelerators.Identify automation opportunities and drive productivity improvements using Generative AI.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into AI solutions.Ensure compliance with enterprise security, privacy, governance, and Responsible AI guidelines.Support change management, user enablement, and AI adoption programs.Develop best practices, standards, and operating procedures for Gemini usage.Monitor AI solution performance, adoption metrics, and business outcomes.Conduct workshops, training sessions, and proof-of-concept initiatives.Stay current with advancements in Gemini, Generative AI, agentic AI, and enterprise AI technologies.

Skill Requirements

Hands-on experience with Google Gemini Enterprise and Google Workspace ecosystem.Strong understanding of:

  • Generative AI concepts
  • Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • AI Agents and Agentic Workflows
  • Prompt Engineering
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • AI Governance and Responsible AI

Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications and workflows.Familiarity with:

  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Vertex AI
  • Gemini APIs
  • Workspace Extensions and Automation

Knowledge of APIs, enterprise integrations, and cloud architectures.Strong understanding of security, compliance, and data privacy requirements.

Experience with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, or other enterprise GenAI platforms.Hands-on exposure to Vertex AI, LangChain, LangGraph, or agent development frameworks.Knowledge of AI governance frameworks and enterprise risk controls.Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or large enterprise environments.Relevant Google Cloud, Generative AI, or cloud platform certifications.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
