Key Responsibilities
- Design and safely evolve multi-stack AWS infrastructure across dev, SIT, pre-production and production.
- Build Terraform stacks/modules, environment overlays and SSM-based cross-stack contracts with controlled dependency sequencing.
- Engineer AWS integration services using EMR, EC2, EKS, IAM, KMS, S3, Route53, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager and SSM as applicable.
- Build and maintain GitHub Actions/shared workflows with gated promotion between environments.
- Automate platform processes using Python and Bash with idempotency, logging, failure handling and cleanup.
- Implement secure TLS, secrets handling, access boundaries, tagging/classification and compliance controls.
- Support EMR service upgrades and security configuration, including external Kerberos/KDC and Ranger/DataGuard patterns where required.
- Lead platform troubleshooting and production incident triage across Terraform, AWS runtime, OS/bootstrap and pipeline layers.
