Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

Configure, manage, monitor, and troubleshoot Ignition Gateway environments.Configure and validate connectivity with PLCs, CNCs, robots, and other industrial devices using available communication protocols.Support data acquisition, device connectivity, and system integration requirements.Work with plant IT/OT teams on network, firewall, infrastructure, and connectivity requirements.Perform integration testing and validate data flow, data integrity, communication reliability, and system performance.Support commissioning, go-live, stabilization, and production troubleshooting.Monitor Gateway performance and proactively resolve connectivity and operational issues.Prepare test cases, validation reports, architecture diagrams, connection mappings, and operational documentation.Provide knowledge transfer and operational handover to plant/support teams.Track and communicate implementation status, technical risks, issues, and dependencies

Key Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
