Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

VOLVO IT
Must have
Good knowledge of Java (Java 21+, and ability to fully understand Java 8), J2EE  and object-oriented programming
JBoss application server experience (must) and IBM WebSphere Application Server experience (preferred)
Experience with Spring Framework, microservices, and design and development of REST APIs
Middleware - EJB / Spring, JMS
Experience with ORM, relational databases, and strong SQL knowledge, JPA/JDBC/Hibernate
Good knowledge of Maven and Git
Experience with automated testing and writing maintainable, testable code
Experience with containerized applications using Docker
Ability to understand business requirements, contribute to technical design, and make sound implementation decisions
Very good English and good communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong ownership and a proactive problem-solving mindset
Nice to have
Angular JS
DevSecOps
Azure DevOps experience
Experience working in Agile teams"
