Job Summary
| OTM System Implementation and Support: Configuring, customizing, and maintaining the OTM system to meet specific business needs, including planning, execution, and optimization. |
| • Transportation Planning and Execution: Collaborating with stakeholders to develop transportation plans, optimize routes and modes, and ensure efficient execution of shipments. |
| Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing OTM data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and performance metrics, providing insights to stakeholders. |
| Stakeholder Management: Working with internal and external stakeholders, including carriers, vendors, and customers, to ensure smooth transportation operations. |
| Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing process improvements within the OTM system and related workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. |
| Compliance and Regulations: Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to transportation. |
| · Work closely with Client Oracle SME's and Project Manager |
| · Gain Client acceptance of the Rollout solution as per Global Design template |
| · Ability to assist business user during CRP's/SIT's/UAT's |
| · Analyze business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. |
| • Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving issues within the OTM system and related processes, collaborating with other teams as needed. |
| · Enables business development efforts by providing subject matter expertise. Resolves very complex customer escalations. |
| Training and Documentation: Providing training and support to users on the OTM system and related processes, creating documentation for reference. |

| · Any University bachelor’s / Master’s degree. |
| · Overall 5 to 8 Years’ experience. |
| · Having Industry Domain Experience of 2-3 years will be an added advantage. |
| Business Acumen: Understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and transportation principles. |
| · Experience in Rollout and Implementation of Oracle SCM modules for EMEA, North America and APAC Countries |
| · Oracle OTM/GTM certifications highly desirable. |
| · Excellent problem Solving, Analytical and Presentation skills |
| · Flexible to travel across Countries, should be ready for travel. |
| · Excellent Interpersonal Communication & Client Handling skills. |
| · Strong influencing and negotiation skills. |
| · Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. |
| · Ability to prioritize and work independently as well as in a team environment. |
| · Ability to multi-task and handle design for multiple enhancements in parallel |
| · Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication with a strong eye for detail |
| · Highly Organized and self-motivated |
