  • Understanding of SDLC life cycle
  • Delivery of required documentation including, but not limited to, high level design, technical design, detailed testing, implementation, and post implementation validation steps
  • Flexible and willing to shift priorities upon request
  • Recognition and willingness to take on both change enhancement and support work; often having to switch between or even perform both at the same time
  • Team player with a drive for researching and addressing issues themselves while recognizing when escalation and asking for help is appropriate
  • Though a mature platform, availability for late night, overnight, and weekend support as needed

Key Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
