Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our support team for Tulip MES. The SME will provide specialized support, resolve complex issues, and ensure the optimal performance of Tulip MES for our users.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Expert Support: Address and resolve complex technical issues related to Tulip MES.
Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain detailed documentation, FAQs, and training materials for users.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of Tulip MES.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance system performance.
Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and workshops to upskill team members and users on Tulip MES functionalities.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments and updates in Tulip MES to provide accurate and current information.

Skill Requirements

Experience: Extensive experience with Tulip MES or similar manufacturing execution systems.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Tulip MES modules, configurations, and integrations.
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information.
