Job Summary
8+ yrs Exp in OUAF based Oracle Utilities suite of applications(Preferably C2M/CCS)
Excellent verbal and written communication
Must have worked on at least 3 Oracle Utilities CCB/CCS/C2M implementation/support projects .
Knowledge of system architectures in both Cloud and Hybrid landscape and experience in complex integration projects.
Need to have knowledge about all types of Scripts like Plug-In, BPA and Service Script etc.
Must have the knowledge of Business Object and Maintenance Object processing.
Must have worked on major CCB Technical Components like Batches, Business Services, Portal/Zones, VEE and Usage Calculations.
Need to be strong with Java Coding.
Strong Oracle SQL Skills like Query Optimization etc.
Should have good knowledge on integration related components like Webservices and Outbound Messages.
Familiarity with incident management, change management, and ticketing tools.
Strong interpersonal , verbal communication and written documentation skills.
Key responsibilities:
• Work with business to gather and analyze functional requirements. Translate business requirements into functional and testing designs.
• Develop unit test plan and test scripts.
• Coordinate with client, offshore team, and third-party vendor to perform detailed unit and user acceptance testing.
• Develop and support integration between CCB and external system using integration broker, Component Interfaces, REST/SOAP APIs and File based integrations.
• Develop custom solutions and enhancements using OUAF framework and components.
• Perform impact analysis and design technical solutions for change requests, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Troubleshoot issues, do root cause analysis and performance tuning.
Key Responsibilities
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
