Job Summary
Integration ConsultantSupport and maintain Oracle integrations across Finance, SCM, Product Development, Sales Operation, and external systems.Support integration flows for:Finance & CostingProcurementInventory ManagementManufacturingProduct Data HubQualityOrder ManagementMonitor and troubleshoot inbound and outbound interfaces, APIs, middleware flows, scheduled jobs, and file-based integrations.Analyze integration failures, data errors, job failures, and end-to-end transaction issues.Coordinate with functional, technical, business, and external application teams to resolve integration issues.Support REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, ESS jobs, OIC/SOA integrations, file transfers, or interface tables/APIs.Prepare technical integration documentation, mapping documents, and support runbooks.Support testing, deployment, production validation, and error-handling improvements.Support integration changes related to Demand Planning and Supply Planning moving out of Oracle.Support integration dependencies for PLM migration to the J&J platform.Required Experience / Skills5–9+ years of Oracle integration development or AMS support experience.Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, SOA, APIs, FBDI, ESS jobs, middleware.Strong troubleshooting skills across master data, transactions, finance postings, order flows, and external system interfaces.Good understanding of Oracle Finance, SCM, Product Data, Quality, and Order Management processes.Strong documentation, coordination, and production support skills.
Key Responsibilities
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
