Job Summary

Own configuration, testing, and support of Workday Time Tracking & Absence Management modules.
• Configure time entry, overtime, accruals, holiday calendars, and leave types.
• Support global/local policies for absence and attendance.
• Strong experience in business process configuration.
• Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate time-off and leave data.
• Develop time and absence reports for compliance and auditing.
• Test and support quarterly updates.
• Reporting and EIB
