• Position Overview:
• Responsible for configuring and supporting Workday Talent & Performance Management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational talent strategies.
• Configure and support goals, performance reviews, feedback, and succession planning.
• Partner with HR to design workflows for career development and employee growth.
• Maintain accurate employee data for skills, competencies, and talent profiles.
• Build reports/dashboards to measure employee performance and succession readiness.
• Support annual performance and goal-setting cycles in Workday.
• Strong HR/Talent process knowledge.
• Experience with reporting, calculated fields, and business process design.
