Job Summary

To be responsible for managing technology in complex projects ,providing technical guidance and ensuring successful delivery of solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Hands-on experience with Infor PLM configuration and customization. 
  2. Configure, customize, and support Infor PLM applications.
  3. Gather and analyze business requirements from customers and convert them into functional and technical solutions.
  4. Develop enhancements, workflows, reports, and integrations with ERP/MES/CAD systems.
  5. Prepare High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
  6. Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT activities.
  7. Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
  8. Provide technical guidance and mentor junior team members.
  9. Participate in customer discussions, status reviews, and solution workshops.
  10. Ensure adherence to project processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
  11. Identify opportunities for process improvement and value creation.
  12. Experience with SQL, database concepts, and integrations.
  13. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
