Job Summary

To be responsible for managing technology in complex projects ,providing technical guidance and ensuring successful delivery of solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.

Skill Requirements

Must Have Skills (Windchill RV&S)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have in depth understanding of the L1, L2, L3 support environment.
• In depth understanding of the Windchill RV&S as a product and solution for customer's business.
• Experience with installing, implementing, and configuring PTC Windchill RV&S.
• Must have Experience in requirement and test management with Windchill RV&S
• Must have Experience in Troubleshooting production issues, propose and implement solution under defined SLAs
• Must have in depth knowledge on OSLC concepts and its architecture
• Understanding of Windchill RV&S Server-Client architecture
• Collaborate closely with business team in defining the application gaps and workarounds.
• Experience in Integrity Administration and Configuration.
• Experience in Java, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, XML and other web technologies.

Must Have Skills (Codebeamer)

• Excellent understanding of Requirements Management and V&V Module of Codebeamer
• Experience with installing, implementing, and configuring PTC Codebeamer
• Must have in depth understanding of the L1, L2, L3 support environment
• Must have experience in deploying end to end to solution on multiple PTC Codebeamer Environments
• Must have Experience in Troubleshooting production issues, propose and implement solution under defined SLAs
• Must have in depth knowledge on REST APIs development and consumption to perform CRUD operations
• Must have in depth knowledge on OSLC concepts
• Must have experience is configuring workflows and configuration diagrams of PTC Codebeamer
• Must have worked on PTC Gateway technologies for import/export business use cases.
• Experience in ETL approach and migration in depth knowledge from other enterprise tools to PTC Codebeamer.
• Excellent knowledge on Tracker Customizations of PTC Codebeamer

Must Have Skills (PTC Windchill Modeler)

• Understanding of PTC Windchill Modeler configurations and model administration
• Must have experience in managing principal roles and ACLs.
• In Depth knowledge of PTC Windchill Modeler business and user administration
• Must have in depth understanding of the L1, L2, L3 support environment
• Must have experience in Modeler integration with PTC Windchill RV&S, PDM Link and other enterprise platforms.
• Must have in depth knowledge on performing integrations using OSLC concepts.

Good-to-have skill

• Good understanding of Agile methodologies
• Knowledge on Maintaining SQL Server or Oracle 11g or Postgres Databases
