Job Summary

Strong written and verbal communication skillsExperience in structured documentation (DITA, XML preferred)Experience with tools like SAP Enable Now, and a foundational understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FICO, MM, SD) and SAP Activate methodologies.Ability to understand technical systems (SDLC / software products)Proficiency in tools such as: MS Word, FrameMaker etc.Knowledge of Agile methodology and documentation practicesAbility to work with cross-functional teams
