Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

To be responsible for managing technology in complex projects ,providing technical guidance and ensuring successful delivery of solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.

Skill Requirements

  • 10-12 Years of experience in building rest APIs
  • Well versed with deploying application to Web Server preferably WebSphere
  • Experienced in creating CI-CD pipelines, Github Action
  • Experience in implementing AWS lambda, API gateway, IM Roles & Policy, Bean Stalk, Fargate, VPC, SubNets, Route tables, Load balancer etc.
  • Expertise in Java, AWS services, Spring, Hibernate and Kotlin
  • Expertise in Tools like – Github, Github Action, Sonar Qube, Snyk, Docker, Kubernetes, Gradle/Maven
  • Expertise in using AI tools to automate engineering tasks – Claude/Gemini/MCP server/client, RAG architecture, prompt engineering (Skills)
  • Monitoring and logging tools – Splunk, AppDynamics, ObserveInc, Obstack
  • Technical leader who can be relied upon to develop and lead engineers
  • Technical leadership of tools and technologies within capability (develop, build, test automation, deployment, monitoring & logging, or service management & orchestration) being specialized
  • Strong understanding of application architecture and knowledge of software implementation best practices and object orientated design principles
  • Ability to debug complex technical issues involving multiple system components
  • Ability to work and participate in an agile (scrum) environment
