Job Summary

Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Project with strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to enterprise Salesforce delivery and support engagements. The role requires ownership of  team coordination, and governance across implementation and AMS programs.

Key Responsibilities

Drive requirements gathering, solution design, estimation, and delivery planning.
Oversee Sales Cloud capabilities such as Leads, Opportunities, Forecasting, Territories, and Quotes.
Oversee Service Cloud capabilities such as Cases, Omni-Channel, SLAs, Escalations, and Knowledge.
Govern AMS L2/L3 support operations and ensure SLA adherence.
Manage change requests, SIT/UAT, releases, and go-live readiness.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security, and scalability.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, Run Books, SOPs, and handover artifacts.
