Job Summary

The UX Designer is responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across web, mobile, and enterprise applications. The role collaborates with Product Managers, Engineers, Business Stakeholders, and Design teams to translate user needs and business goals into effective design solutions.

Require GC \ or a US citizen and can be remote, however Seattle, WA preferred

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead UX design activities from discovery through implementation.
  • Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
  • Define user journeys, personas, information architecture, and interaction models.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and UX standards.
  • Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering teams.
  • Advocate for accessibility, usability, and user-centered design principles.
  • Present design concepts and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Analyze user feedback and product metrics to continuously improve experiences.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
