Job Summary
The UX Designer is responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across web, mobile, and enterprise applications. The role collaborates with Product Managers, Engineers, Business Stakeholders, and Design teams to translate user needs and business goals into effective design solutions.
Require GC \ or a US citizen and can be remote, however Seattle, WA preferred
Key Responsibilities

- Lead UX design activities from discovery through implementation.
- Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
- Define user journeys, personas, information architecture, and interaction models.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems and UX standards.
- Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering teams.
- Advocate for accessibility, usability, and user-centered design principles.
- Present design concepts and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
- Analyze user feedback and product metrics to continuously improve experiences.
