Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary
| Looking for ideal candidate with good problem solving skills, who can diagnose functional needs, develop, implement and support the Anaplan platform. |
| - Hands-on experience on Anaplan end-to-end modelling, focused on but not limited to Supply Chain Planning with good to have knowledge in integration tools such as MuleSoft |
| - Collaborate with a globally distributed team on design and development of technical solutions and can lead the same |
| - Transform business requirement into functional requirements and use cases |
| - Modify existing models as part of optimization or to incorporate new functionality |
| - Configure and maintain Anaplan lists, modules, dashboards, actions, and other model settings to meet business requirements. |
| - Completed Anaplan Level 3 certification with strong sense of responsibility and positive attitude Supply Chain Planning domain experience Latest Anaplan Tools: (Cloud Works, ADO, Polaris awareness) |
Key Responsibilities
1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
