Job Title: ServiceNow Consultant
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct data mapping discussions with business and technical stakeholders to understand migration requirements.
Analyze source data and prepare mapping documents for ServiceNow.
Create and configure Import Sets, Data Sources, and Transform Maps in ServiceNow.
Perform data imports and validate migrated data for accuracy and completeness.
Upload records and attachments into ServiceNow using appropriate platform features and scripts.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data migration and transformation.
Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure successful data migration.
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and support UAT activities.
Prepare technical documentation and maintain migration-related artifacts.
Follow ServiceNow best practices and ensure data integrity throughout the implementation.
Required Skills:
3–8+ years of IT experience with 2–5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development/consulting.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Data Sources.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model and platform.
Experience with data mapping and migration activities.
Knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting is an advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
