Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

8–10 years of SAP ABAP development experience in implementation, enhancement, and support projects.

Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA ABAP development with a focus on SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).

Proven experience working closely with business and functional teams in SAP PM (Plant Maintenance), QM (Quality Management), and PS (Project Systems).

Ability to perform technical design, development, testing, debugging, code reviews, and production support.

Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Experience working in Offshore-Onsite delivery models.

Expertise in requirement analysis, technical solution design, estimation, development standards, and peer reviews.

Key Responsibilities

Strong functional understanding of SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). Hands-on experience supporting and developing solutions in: SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) SAP QM (Quality Management) SAP PS (Project Systems) Experience in EAM business processes including: Maintenance Notifications Maintenance Orders Preventive Maintenance Work Clearance Management Equipment and Functional Locations Asset Lifecycle Management Inspection Pro

Skill Requirements

Functional Knowledge (Good to have)

Strong domain expertise in SAP PM, QM, and PS.

Understanding integration with MM, FI, and Asset Accounting.

Ability to work with business stakeholders to design end-to-end EAM solutions.

Experience in preparing technical specifications, conducting impact analysis, and supporting UAT and production deployments.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
