Job Summary

Achmea is looking for an OpenText application manager.

  • At least 5+ years of experience in Content Server and Archive Center, with the extended ECM integration with SAP
  • Experience in providing day to day administration, support, and monitoring of enterprise content management technologies which includes: OpenText Content Server, OpenText Archive Server, OpenText Directory Services, OpenText Records Management.
  • OpenText Web Forms and Live Reports experience.
  • Should have a good understanding of Archive Center and can perform a successful installation, as well as administer its components and detect and resolve common problems. Can perform common administrative tasks, including configuring disk buffers and audit trails, starting and stopping Archive Center, and examining log files.
  • Some experience on Installation Configuration, Administration of OpenText Extended ECM for SAP solutions.
  • Technical and functional configurations on SAP and OpenText Content server for Business Workspaces, References and Relationships. (this would be a plus, but not necessary)
  • Exposure to Content Server, OpenText Archive Server 16.x and above versions.
  • Having OpenText Content Server REST API knowledge is added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
