Job Summary

Risk and Control

Essential Skills:
1. Governance of Issue Remediation:
Demonstrated ability to oversee and manage the remediation process related to issues, ensuring effective governance throughout the lifecycle. 
Extensive experience in initiating, owning, managing, and governing the end-to-end process of issue and action management, with expert knowledge of its governance principles.
2. Technology Control Framework expertise:
Skilled at interpreting regulations and policies to develop actionable control requirements, and adept at communicating these requirements to technology teams for seamless implementation required to support in maintaining internal and central KRI's.
3. Stakeholder Management:
Proven capacity to engage, align, and coordinate stakeholders across technology, risk, audit, and business functions to facilitate execution, manage dependencies, and achieve timely outcomes.
Desirable skills:
1. Regulatory and/or Internal audit response experience:
Practical experience addressing regulator and/or audit queries, handling submissions and evidence packaging, and conducting follow-ups, with the ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines.
2. Cyber Remediation & Tech Debt Experience:
Working knowledge of vulnerability lifecycle and demonstrated experience supporting business-as-usual cyber and technical debt initiatives, prioritizing risks and ensuring alignment with control requirements.
3. Data Driven Governance for Control Assurance Oversight: 
Ability to create, maintain and advance centralized trackers for controls, issues, and actions, supporting the Control Assurance Lead through accurate reporting, transparency, and timely governance. 
Applied expertise in Excel, Power BI, and SQL is required to generate risk insights and guide prioritization. Develop ability to leverage available AI tools for governance and Control Assurance Oversight wherever possible
