Key Responsibilities

Creating, modifying, and updating tax rules, tax categories, and country-specific tax configurations in Vertex.Maintaining tax jurisdictions, jurisdiction mappings, and location-based tax determination settings.Managing user administration, including creation, modification, deactivation, and access control of Vertex user accounts.Maintaining tax-related master data used in tax calculations and compliance processes.Configuring and maintaining business events and transaction rules that drive tax calculations.Supporting monthly patches, certificates released by Vertex.Troubleshooting tax calculation issues, analyzing tax determination results, and supporting SAP-Vertex integration processes.
