Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

Role Overview: Design, develop, and deploy agent-based AI systems that autonomously plan, reason, and execute complex tasks. Work with multi-agent architectures, integrate large language models (LLMs), and build solutions using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, end-to-end AI solutions for enterprise use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

· Architect, develop, and deploy agentic AI systems and multi-agent workflows.

· Integrate LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, LLaMA) into agentic frameworks for autonomous task execution.

· Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and connect agents to enterprise knowledge systems.

· Develop agent-to-agent communication protocols and multi-agent coordination.

· Optimize agent performance, reliability, and safety.

· Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to translate business requirements into scalable agentic solutions.

· Ensure compliance with security, governance, and best practices in AI deployment."
