Technical Skills

  • Advanced expertise in:
    • Adobe Analytics Workspace
    • Adobe Reports & Analytics
    • Segmentation
    • Calculated Metrics
    • Report Builder
    • Customer Journey Analysis
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as:
    • Power BI
    • Tableau
    • Adobe Reporting Tools

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain executive dashboards and recurring performance reports.
  • Create automated reporting solutions for leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Track and monitor KPIs, business metrics, and digital performance indicators.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting governance.
